SPRING CLEAN UP: Saturday, May 26th (9:00 AM, front gateway)

SUMMER FIX UP: Saturday, August 18 (9:00 AM back gateway)

BLOCK PARTY: Saturday September 8 (4:00 PM Longview)

YARDS SALE: Saturday, October 13th

FALL CLEAN UP: (summer fixup was too thorough!)

KIDS HALLOWEEN: (skipped it this year)

ELECTION DAY / TOWN MEETING: Tuesdays, November 6 / November 13

2018...

OHE Holiday Party - Sunday, December 16, 11:00 AM -1:00 PM, at PINZ in the Kingston Collection Mall. OHE's Party will be in the back bar area with the stage and dance floor.

· Very light food will be served… pizza & cookies (since we had our big spread at the summer block party this year).

· Cash bar for drinks and other beverages.

· Music, bowling, arcade fun (separate purchase)

· Santa is expected to drop in at noon. Bring a small gift (wrapped and labeled) for Santa to give to your kids. (Hide the gifts in your car and circle back for them to give to Santa’s elf before his arrival - DROP OFF LOCATION FOR WRAPPED AND LABELED SANTA GIFTS WILL BE AT THE BACK OF PINZ IN THE SMALL OFFICE ON YOUR RIGHT AS YOU ENTER THRU REAR OF PINZ).

· Cost: $15 per Family (check in an envelope to OHEC in Jess Garrett's mailbox @ 7 Seaview Dr. by Thursday).

2017...

Neighbors-

You’ve seen the red flyer about the OHE Holiday Party - Sunday, December 17, 12:00-2:00 PM, at PINZ in the Kingston Collection Mall. Here are some additional details and highlights.

· Very light appetizers will be served… cookies, veggie crudités, cheese, fruit, etc.

· Cash bar for drinks and other beverages.

· Bowling and arcade games (separate purchase)

· Santa is expected to drop in at 1:00 PM. Bring a small gift (wrapped and labeled with child’s name) for Santa to give to your kids. (Hide the gifts in your car and circle back for them to give to Santa’s elf before his arrival. The drop off location for Santa gifts will be at the back of Pinz in the small office to the right of the rear exit).

· Volunteers to help with decorations and clean up would be appreciated.

· No RSVP necessary for OHE members.

· Neighborhood Luminary display back home later that day at 4:45 PM. Kits will be delivered middle of next week. Five luminaries per house, ten for corner and adjacent vacant lots. There’ll be buckets of sand available to weigh down the luminary bags. If you’ll be away, please ask a neighbor to cover.
