2014 Survey Results:
     The OHEC sponsored Yards Sale was preferred 4:1 for this fall... October 4th.
     The Neighborhood Party was preferred 2:1 for the end of the year... December 21st.
     Natural Gas approvals for getting a costs and benefits presentation are now at almost 80%... very close to the level of interest required by NSTAR.

Projects Deadlines:
     Nat Gas response: July 14 at noon is the final tally for NSTAR.  Everyone has been contacted by the OHE Gas Team but a few have not yet replied.  This project would effect all of us!
     Lamppost replacement:  July 14 at noon is the final tally of pre-order forms to get counts and pricing.  Target installation is August 2nd.

Dues Appeal:
     We have reached 72% of our budget... that means we need 18 more households to step up and contribute a modest $60 for their share of the common grounds maintenance, welcoming atmosphere, communications, and neighborhood curb appeal (a.k.a. "property value").  Our annual listing of contributors will be published shortly... so don't be left out!
