Block Party 2016

This past winter we weren't able to hold are annual Holiday Party, so we decided to kick summer off instead with a Block Party! Even though it was raining and windy, we were able to set up shop in the Geraigery garage (thanks, guys!) and under some tents. We met from 4pm to 7pm (and later!) for hamburgers and hot dogs, pot luck side dishes, and ice cream from the El Pro Ice Cream truck for dessert!

Highlights from the fun night included a HUGE obstacle course bouncy house (thanks to the Pavliks for having it in their back yard), face painting, a sand box for the littles, and an original play written and performed by neighborhood kids!

Thanks to everyone who came and brought food! Loved being able to welcome some new faces to the neighborhood too:)

Huge thanks to the planning committee...Sheila Barbosa, Anne Caliento, Jessica Garrett, Janet Geraigery, Alysa Lofstrom, Sarah Pasternak, and Kristin Shoaf...for all their hard work! (And to all the guys who manned the grills!)
